No Exchange or Refund
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Exchange Policy (Damaged/Wrong Delivery)
You may request an exchange only in the following cases:
• Damaged or defective product received
• Incorrect item delivered
📌 Important Conditions:
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp: +971 56 253 4524.
• A parcel opening video is mandatory for verification. Without this, we will not be able to process your request.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original labels, tags, and packaging intact to qualify for exchange.
• Once verified, we will replace the product at the earliest possible courier facility. If the same design is unavailable, a credit note of equal value will be issued, valid for 30 days.
✅ Please note: All products shipped from our warehouse undergo three layers of quality check, and the process is recorded for reference. However, in the rare case of an issue, we are committed to resolving it promptly.
